Mission Statement:
Heart to Heart a Community Care Organization is dedicated to the needs of homeless women and children overcoming difficult life issues, including abuse and some with alcohol and drug issues. By providing housing, professional supportive services and investing in their futures with life-changing solutions including jobs and education we help women become self-sufficient able to live in the community independently with their children. Heart to Heart is helping to break the cycle of poverty in Central Florida.
Heart to Heart offers direct service programs to homeless and low income women and their families. We provide professional case management, supportive collaborative social services, including housing, jobs and education. The women and children that Heart to Heart a Community Care Organization helps succeed as they transition from poverty into self sufficiency and independence. 100% of the women have jobs they are working, 70% of the women are in college either getting their GED or their Degrees. 100% of the children are living in safe stable H2H housing with their mothers.
